A relatively new SUP company startup, Bluefin SUP is wasting no time at all in establishing itself as a leader in the market. Currently, there are 10 inflatable SUPs in the Bluefin SUP range. The company has a diverse lineup of models including a youth board, multi-paddler SUPs, touring boards, and all-around models.

Part of the company’s higher-end carbon range that includes the smaller Cruise Carbon 10’8” and Cruise Carbon 12’ iSUPs, the 15’ is constructed with dual air chambers and carbon fiber rail reinforcements for the ultimate in stiffness. The Cruise Carbon line is recognized as some of the industry’s stiffest inflatable paddle boards which translates to hard board-like performance.

Measuring 15’ x 36” x 6” and weighing in at 44 pounds, the Cruise Carbon 15’ is capable of supporting up to 529 pounds of weight.

The board features multiple grab handles positioned along the rails, nose, and tail. These make it easier to handle the oversized board both on land and in the water.

Running along the rails are metal D-rings and there are dual bungee cargo areas at the nose and tail for added onboard storage space. There’s also a GoPro action camera mount at the nose which makes it easy to capture great pictures and videos of your tandem paddling adventures.

The deck pad is constructed from soft EVA foam and it features a diamond crocodile traction pattern. There’s also a raised kick tail at the rear of the deck pad for added control.

On the bottom of the board are three fins — the two side fins are permanently fixed while the center fin is removable and uses a US fin box.

As mentioned, the Cruise Carbon 15’ is backed by an industry-leading 5-year warranty that covers you in the event of a manufacturing defect. Inflatable paddle boards typically include a 1, 2, or 3-year warranty, so having coverage for a full 5 years is great for added peace of mind and it shows how serious this young company is about standing behind their gear.

Also included with the board is an extremely nice SUP accessory bundle. In the box is a wheeled travel bag, double-chamber pump for faster inflation, safety leash, repair kit, two kayak seat kits, and two adjustable carbon fiber paddles.
